What You Can Expect

Sessions typically run from 60-90 minutes and are designed for deep release, clarity, and transformation.

A typical session will flow like this:

  • Grounding and Intention

  • Active Breathwork

  • Integration

  • Closing Reflections

Tip: give yourself plenty of space after your session to fully integrate and honor what arose during your journey.
